These are some photos from the week of riding, February 26-March 4, by a group of Bike Friday owners gathered at the year's first PAC Tour training week. I'm not a strong rider ever, and was under the weather all week, so these are definitely a view from the back. Even so, the week was a great experience for me and even helped me a step or two toward summer riding.
The camp isn't just about riding -- each day had two periods during which we had wide-ranging presentations related to cycling. In addition to presentations by Lon Halderman, the extraordinary athlete who runs the camps, and Lynette Chiang, representing Bike Friday, we heard from Fred Matheny, Jim Langley, and Maynard Hershon -- enduring "household names" in US cycling.
